Because most of our items are spiritual and personalized in nature, our Refund & Return Policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for every customer.

  1. Overview of Our Refund Policy

At Astro Remedy Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of energized, customized, and spiritual remedy products, most items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy ensures the purity of the product and maintains the integrity of the energy work involved.

We request all customers to read the refund terms carefully before placing any order.

  1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following categories cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Energized crystals & gemstones
  • Healing bracelets & malas
  • Rudraksha beads & sacred malas
  • Yantras & energized spiritual plates
  • Vastu pyramids & Feng Shui items
  • Personalized remedies
  • Lal Kitab totke items
  • Reiki-charged tools
  • Pooja kits, incense, powders & ritual items

These products undergo cleansing, energization, mantra charging, or ritual activation, which makes them strictly non-returnable.

  1. When Refunds ARE Possible

Refunds are provided only in genuine, valid situations such as:

✔ Damaged Product Received

If an item arrives broken, cracked, leaked, or physically damaged.

✔ Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product you did not order.

✔ Missing Item in the Order

If a part of your order is missing.

✔ Quality Defect (Extremely Rare)

If there is a manufacturing issue with a non-energized item.

In all these cases, Astro Remedy Shop will provide either:

  • A replacement, OR
  • A refund, depending on product availability.
  1. Time Frame to Raise a Request

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible because:

  • Courier companies do not accept older claims
  • Ritual items cannot be verified after a time gap
  • Energy-charged items cannot be returned back to the warehouse.      
  1. Mandatory Proof Required

To approve your claim, please share:

  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product
  • Unboxing video (This is mandatory)
  • Order number & registered mobile number
  • Images of packaging (if damaged)

Without an unboxing video, claims cannot be accepted due to rising fraudulent cases.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the item has been packed, energized, or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Energized items cannot be cancelled after the charging process has begun.

  1. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued through:

  • Original payment method
  • Wallet credit
  • Coupon code for future purchases

Refunds generally take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

  1. Situations NOT Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal belief that the remedy didn’t work
  • Misinterpretation of product size/color (natural crystals vary)
  • Small natural variations in crystals, Rudraksha, or handmade items
  • Damage caused by customer misuse or mishandling
  • Late claims made after 48 hours

Astrological remedies depend on personal belief, faith, karmic alignment, and consistency, hence “no-results” cannot be considered for refunds.
